Some Best Yoga for Back Pain
Lower Back Pain is a very common struggle in the modern population. It is also quite prevalent in athletes. But it can be cure by yoga before that we have to understand its cause which depends upon our lifestyle and our physical work.
Some of the causes for the back pain are:
1. People usually feel back pain when they get up, it is because when we sleep on the mattress either our position is wrong or the quality of the mattress is bad.
2. It is usually seen that a student feel back pain when they continuously sit on the desk for the longer hours like 6-8 hours or if anyone continuously do the physical work for more than 5 hours then they usually feel pain in the body.
So, body pain mostly depends upon the lifestyle of the people.
Some of the Yoga Poses for the Back Pain :
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana is also counted in yogasan lying on the stomach. In the last stage of this posture, the shape of our body looks like a snake with a funk, which is why it is called Bhujangasana.
- To do this posture, first lie down on the stomach.
- After this, keep the palm in the direction of the shoulder.
- Reduce the distance between the two legs and keep the legs straight and taut.
- Now while breathing, lift the front section of the body up to the navel.
- Be careful not to overstretch the waist.
- A few seconds remain in this state.
- Then, while exhaling, come to the normal state.
- Initially do this 3 to 4 times.
Balasana -
With your knees bent, sit back on your heels with upright spine, spread your legs wide and then fold forward, reach your arms forward - rest your forehead to the mat or a block. Walk your fingers further out to get a relief in your low back. Stay here for 5–10 mins. Come back up pressing your forearms into the floor.
